How exact in likeness are the dresses to the pictures we display?
We order our dresses from designers, so we can say that the dresses are a 98% likeness of the pictures used. There can be some small changes, especially if the dress is custom made or in different color.
Where do our dresses come from?
Designers, whom we are working with, are located in Europe and the sewing work are also done there.

What is included in the price?
Price includes sewing work, embroidery and fabric costs. Dress prices do not include any of the accessories shown in the pictures like veils, shawls, gloves, bags, jewellery, petticoats etc. Prices also do not include transport fees, depended on where you live.
Is it possible to view or try dresses on?
We do not have a store or warehouse so we can cut costs and pass on our reasonable prices to our clients. All dresses are personally made for each client so that they are unique and beautiful!
Is it Safe to Order from Us?
Yes , all personal information is and will not be shown or given to a third party, your personal information is for the use of us to fill and place your order only.

Yes, all our bank links and Paypal are secure.
CHANGING MY ORDER
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you have already sent in your order and payed for it but your order is not confirmed and processed with the order form. An order can thus be cancelled or changed, by contacting us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your invoice number and what you would like changed or cancelled.
In the case of a cancellation you will recieve your funds back in full during the next 7 days. However, once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Is it possible to Exchange or Return items?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with the product(s) you recieve. If there is any problem with product(s), you can return the product(s) during the next 14 days from receiving date. Contact us within 5 days of recieving your shipment for a Return Authorization to be filled out and sent with the product(s) to us.
To receive a refund the product(s) must be promptly returned and must be received out of the original package/box (unworn, unused, unwashed, new condition). When we receive your return we will refund the balance of your purchase price.
If the returned products do not answer to our requirements we therefore cannot refund you the full purchase price. All refunds will be made back to your bank account no later then 14 days from us receiving the returned product(s).
If you want to exchange your product, we require that it first be returned to us before we proceed in making a new order.
