How exact in likeness are the dresses to the pictures we display?
Our dresses are made from the pictures used on our website. It is impossible to compare a picture with an actual dress esspecially if it is custom made, so we can say that the dresses are a 98% likeness of the pictures used.
Where do our dresses come from? Do we order through EBay or one of their companies?
Definitely not! Milieu OÜ dresses are guaranteed quality garments. The dresses you see online come with some risk. However, Milieu dresses are 98 % guaranteed to be the dress you receive. Any changes may result from your height and body type as Milieu dresses are made to order just for you. We also carry a money back guarantee on all our garments.
What brand dresses do we offer?
All dresses are ordered and made for Milieu OÜ.
Is it possible to view or try dresses on?
We do not have a store or warehouse so we can cut costs and pass on our reasonable prices to our clients. All dresses are personally made for each client so that they are unique and beautiful!
What is included in the price?
Dress prices do not include any of the accessories shown in the pictures. We do not offer any seamstress services in our prices. That is why we have a wide selection of accessories! (veils, shawls, gloves, bags, jewellery, petticoats etc.)
Is it Safe to Order from Us?
Yes , all personal information is and will not be shown or given to a third party, your personal information is for the use of us to fill and place your order only.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you have already sent in your order and payed for it but your order is not confirmed and processed with the order form. An order can thus be cancelled or changed, by contacting us directly by email at info@milieu.ee. Please be sure to include your invoice number and what you would like changed or cancelled. In the case of a cancellation you will recieve your funds back in full during the next 24 hours. However, once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Is it possible to Exchange or Return items?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with the product(s) you recieve. If there is any problem with product(s), you can return the product(s) during the next 14 days from receiving date. Contact us within 5 days of recieving your shipment for a Return Authorization to be filled out and sent with the product(s) to us. To receive a refund the product(s) must be promptly returned and must be received out of the original package/box (unworn, unused, unwashed, new condition). When we receive your return we will refund the balance of your purchase price. If the returned products do not answer to our requirements we therefore cannot refund you the full purchase price. All refunds will be made back to your bank account no later then 14 days from us receiving the returned product(s).
If you want to exchange your product, we require that it first be returned to us before we proceed in making a new order.
NB! Special Order or Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization. You will also have recieved an invoice automatically in your email box, please print this out for proof of purchase and for guarantee purposes.
