In these ordering terms Ryynänen Consulting OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Seller) is the service provider and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as Client)

between whom a service agreement has been signed.  

 

Descriptions of products and images

-  Seller is fully responsible for all descriptions and images of the products being as correct and genuine as possible. As all products can be customized to a large

extent, there can be minor differences between products and the images.

- If the product is removed from the collection and it not possible to order it any more, it will be deleted from the order of the Client, and if the payment has already

been made, the money will be returned.

 

 

The price

- No taxes or extra costs are added to the price of the product that is provided on the Seller`s website www.milieu.ee/en, besides the shipping cost. The price doesn`t

include postage and accessories shown in the images.

- Prices of the products are in Euros.

- If there are circumstances beyond the Seller's control which affect the price of the ordered product, the Seller will contact the Client and specify the new price of

the product to be ordered.

 

 

Payment terms

- The prices of products are provided on the website www.milieu.ee/en.

- The Client pays 100% of the price of the product according to the invoice provided by the Seller.

- If the Client has not paid the amount due for the products, the Seller will not complete the order.

 

 

Payment methods

- On our website you will find quick and convenient ways to pay for your order.

- You can pay using:

•     Mastercard and Visa Credit cards

•     Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay and Liisi ID

•     Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

•     PayPal

- All payment systems are secure and the Client's data is not misused.

- You can pay for products in Euros.

- The Seller's business is the responsible processor of personal data and it transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to authorized

processor, Maksekeskus AS.

 

 

Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Seller

The Seller has a right to:

- Provide no service if the products have not been paid.

- Set prices for products and change them if necessary.

- Provide no service if the provision of a service becomes significantly more difficult or impossible due to force majeure (including but not only due to war, natural

disaster, strike, riots etc.).

The Seller is obliged to:

- Ensure that all products that Client purchases via Seller`s website are of high quality and are suitable for use in appropriate purposes.

- Inform the client promptly of the circumstances as a result of the force majeure described above and to take all reasonable measures so that the Client can receive

the products in time.

- Be responsible for serious negligence or intentional damage caused the Seller.

- To protect the personal data provided by the Client.

The Seller is not responsible for damages incurred due to: 

- The Client's own activities or omissions.

- Circumstances independent of the Seller (including but not only the force majeure).

- Malfunctioning mail or courier service.

 

 

Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Client

he Client has a right to:

- Receive information about the stages and the completion of the order throughout the subscription period.

- Return the product if the Client is not satisfied with it.

- To withdraw from the order at any time after making the order, informing the Seller about it immediately.

- If the Client withdraws from the order sooner that 3 weeks after making the order, 100% of the price of the order will be returned. If the Client withdraws from the order

later than 3 weeks after making the order, 50% of the price of the order will be returned.

The Client is obliged to:

- Ensure that he/she has provided the Seller with all necessary and correct information and personal data which enable the Seller to complete the order.

- Pay for the service according to the contract.

- Not undermining the Seller's reputation.

 

 

Use of personal data

- The Seller is obliged to always protect the personal data provided by the Client and to transmit them only, if it is essential.

- Third parties cannot access our systems and do not handle orders or data.

- The Seller uses personal data of the Client only in the following situations:

•     Receiving, verifying and submitting the order, processing the payments..

•     For analytical purposes – to improve the website of the Seller and to increase the level of services..

•     For sending products to make sure they reach the right destination in time..

- Sometimes the Seller shares the data of the Client with reliable third parties, e.g. for delivering the packages and processing the payments..

When the personal data is requested by law enforcement institutions, the Seller is also obliged to provide the data..

- The Seller's business is the responsible processor of personal data and it transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS..

 

 

Delivery time and delivery of the package

- Delivery time for wedding and party dresses is 6 weeks. The dress will be completed by this time and it will be delivered to the Client.

- After completion of the product, it will be sent to the Client using the preferred means of transport. The seller supplies to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and other

European countries. The Seller offers a wide range of ways in which the Client can receive the package.

- The Seller is not responsible for any delay or loss of the package if the delay or loss of the package is caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond the control

of the Seller.

- Arrival of the package can also be affected by public holidays and weekends, during which the movement of packages may be slower than usual.

- If the Seller is not able to send the product to the Client using the preferred delivery service, the Seller will contact the Client and find some other way.

 

 

Circumstances that are not subject to Seller's control

- The Seller is not responsible for any problems with the completing or delivery of the order, if the circumstances that caused them are not subject to Seller's control.

These circumstances (force majeure events) includes all situations, actions or accidents that are not subject to Seller's control, e.g. the following:

•     Strikes at workplaces related to completing the order.

•     Revolts, terrorist acts, war or war preparations.

•     Fire, explosion, storm, floods, earthquakes, an epidemic or some other natural disaster.

•     The circumstance that makes it impossible to use train, airplane or other means of transport.

 

Final provisions

- The disagreements between the Seller and the Client are primarily sought to be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure of the negotiations, the Client has the

right to file a complaint against the Seller to the Consumer Protection Board.
